Job Description
We are seeking a Coordinator to lead and grow an upcoming OSHC program in Bluewater, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
* Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or currently working towards one)
* Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
* National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* Proven experience leading an OSHC or childcare service
* First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
* Valid QLD Driver's License (other government ID accepted)

Hours & Availability
The Coordinator will be required to work Before School Care – Monday to Friday – 6:00am – 9:00am and After School Care – Monday to Friday – 2:30pm – 6:00pm. Additional Administration Hours (Non-Contact Time) may also be required.
