This role is about running a store properly, with clear structure, consistent hours and a team that works together.
We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager at our Colac store who prefers being on the floor, not behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on retail role.
You will be:
* On your feet, working in the store every day
* Unpacking stock, filling shelves and setting up displays
* Leading the team by doing the work alongside them
* Keeping the store clean, organised and running to standard
* Managing rosters, wages and day-to-day store performance
* Having direct conversations when standards aren’t met

About You
Hands-on retail leadership from a specialty, FMCG, pharmacy, liquor or independent retail environment is essential
* Store leadership experience from high-volume quick service or fast food environments will be highly regarded
* Experience managing a team including rostering and performance
* Strong leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment
* Hands on stock management including processing and replenishing preferred
* Ability to handle physical work (lifting, standing, moving stock)
* Strong organisational and operational skills
