Southern Design RV Ballarat are looking for a talented and energetic Service Advisor to be part of our first point of contact TEAM within our business, Assisting customers with their servicing needs.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Can-do attitude to all tasks
* Good with computers, (Word, Outlook, Excel) and email
* Monday to Friday job – no weekends
* Customer interaction
* Answering phones and emails
* Process warranty claims
* Assist with service and spare parts bookings and ordering
* Working with our internal DMS system
* General office duties
* Great job security in a booming industry
* No two days will be the same – best of all you are chatting with people who are super excited about their travels.
