Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior medical administrator to lead our team.
* This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational support for the practice principals, including staff management systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve practice goals.
* Manage a small team of 5 staff across administration, nursing, and business support.
* Accountable for staff performance, including receptionists, health assistants, nurses, students, registrars, or contractors.
* Maintain a quality improvement plan, regularly review it, and present feedback to the team.
* Collaborate with the part-time finance manager on financial management, including reports, budgeting, revenue, and cost control.
* Organize regular management, clinical, and staff meetings.
Ideal candidate would have current leadership experience within General Practice. The position is full-time, onsite, with a Monday to Friday roster, supported by internal staff and outsourced advisory support.
