K POS PTY. LTD is a company that specialises in IT-related technical support and installation. All
on one retail platform: sell in-store, in pop-up stores and online. With all sales channels in
one POS software, K-POS manages all aspects of our clients and retail business. You will be part
of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. The ideal candidate should possess strong
programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with database
management systems, including SQL, is essential, as well as a solid understanding of
software development methodologies. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities and
effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and clients.
Title: Analyst Programmer, Full- time - Permanent position
Salary: A$ 80,000.00 to 100,000.00 plus super
Work Location: Castle Hill, NSW
We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:
Requirements & Skills
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
* At least 3 years proven experience in software development and programming.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
* Database management skills (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
* Ability to interpret and document user requirements.
* Knowledge of system integration and testing procedures.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Responsibilities
* Analyse user and business requirements to design effective software solutions.
* Develop, test, and maintain applications in line with specifications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to refine
requirements and troubleshoot issues.
* Document technical processes, user guides, and application workflows.
* Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing systems.
* Ensure software adheres to organisational standards, security policies, and
compliance requirements.
