Maxima, in partnership with Roe Legal Services, are seeking a driven individual to join a busy legal team and work as an Administration Trainee.
This corporate role will see you working alongside professional lawyers to provide timely and proficient administrative assistance. Throughout this traineeship you will be working full-time gaining industry experience, whilst studying to achieve a nationally accredited **Certificate III in Business.**
Based in Perth, Roe Legal Services are a boutique, commercial law firm specialising in Indigenous law, property law and dispute resolution. The firm pride themselves on working for people, rather than clients and ensure that the service provided is high-quality and accessible for all.
**Duties Include**:
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries
- Maintain and update client data
- Document and file management (photocopying, scanning etc.)
- Management of staff calendars and travel bookings
- Additional administrative duties as required including cleaning, deliveries
**About You**:
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
**Role Requirements**:
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
