Occupational Therapist – Aged Care & Community | New Graduates Welcome Location: Perth, WA (North & South of the River) Job Type: Full-Time or Casual Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 Super Benefits About the Role We are working with a well-established provider of allied health services across Perth who is currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team. Positions are available across residential aged care and community/home care settings throughout the Perth metropolitan area, both north and south of the river. Key Locations: South of the River : Armadale, Rockingham, Gosnells, Bentley North of the River : Morley, Karrinyup, North Perth Key Responsibilities Deliver OT assessments and therapy plans aligned with restorative, wellness, and evidence-based practices Implement rehabilitation, reablement, pain management, and falls prevention strategies Develop and manage individualised therapy programs tailored to client goals Conduct home visits, safety assessments, and prescribe appropriate equipment and modifications Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physios, speech pathologists, dietitians, and podiatrists Guide and supervise therapy or lifestyle assistants Promote innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services About You AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (New graduates welcome) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about working with older adults in both residential and community settings Understanding of the Aged Care Act (1997), Accreditation Standards & OH&S legislation NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID-19 and Flu vaccination, and National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Based in Australia with full working rights What’s on Offer Full-time and casual roles available Flexible hours (including school-friendly schedules) Competitive salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per annum (pro-rata) Options to work across residential aged care, community/home care, NDIS, private hospital, and transitional care settings End-of-year retention bonus, CPD allowance, and referral bonuses Structured mentoring and ongoing career development support from senior clinicians Interested?
