**_Maternity leave position_**_ for a period of 12 months._**
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to commence anytime from April 2025 onwards, through to July 2026.
You will be accountable for the marketing for the assigned development projects. The ultimate objective is to support the development project and provide target audiences with experiences consistent with the Goldfields brand and in doing so, deliver on the project financial objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, executing and reporting on the project marketing strategy, which utilises both digital and offline channels.
- Management of the project marketing budget.
- Brand, agency and supplier management.
- Working alongside the Communications Manager to execute effective events, public relations, and communications.
- Proactively manage relationships with business stakeholders to communicate plans, activities and achievements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on campaign strategies and design concepts.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
**About You**:
- You will ideally demonstrate;
- 3+ experience in a similar role. Previous property development marketing experience desirable.
- Marketing or related degree preferrable.
- Customer insights and marketing strategy development.
- Experience with digital channels, analytics and content creation and marketing.
- Commercial and financial skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design/marketing tools a bonus (e.g. WordPress, Vtiger, Mailchimp, SKED).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot and correct errors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders
