What You'll Be Doing
* Creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments that support our little legends to grow and shine.
* Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your teammates.
* Leading a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, laughter, and lifelong learning.
* Bringing the EYLF and NQF to life in ways that are thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to each child's journey.
* Growing with us through ongoing professional development, team events, and support that makes you feel like family.
What We're Looking For:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying towards) — Ideally a minimum 1‑year experience as a Lead Educator or Managerial position.
* A warm, reliable, and team‑focused attitude with a genuine love for children and education.
* A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
* A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education.
* Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
