ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead a portfolio of projects across the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Residential sectors, managing everything from procurement and design through to contracts administration and delivery. Projects span refurbishment, fit-out, and new build developments, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise while working directly with major clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage projects from concept to completion
* Lead and coordinate external consultants and contractors
* Oversee procurement, design, tender, and delivery processes
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 5 years' local consultancy experience in project management
* Degree in a property or construction-related discipline
* Proven capability across refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects
* Experience in residential and commercial new build developments highly regarded
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
