Are you someone who thrives on making a real difference in people's lives? As our Client Services Lead, you'll be at the heart of a compassionate and dedicated team, supporting our Client Service Coordinators as they deliver meaningful care to clients and Caregivers.
In this role, you'll lead and support a team of Client Service Coordinators, ensuring that service delivery is smooth, responsive, and always centred around people. You'll monitor team performance, help solve day-to-day challenges, and champion high standards of care and communication.
We're seeking someone who brings warmth, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit. Our Team work on a rotating roster between 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday so adaptability is key. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the client services team, helping to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations.
* Monitor day to day activities and analyse reports to confirm compliance with system standards and operational requirements.
* Guide and support the team while ensuring performance aligns with established processes and procedures.
* Keep the team informed of important activities and challenges, encouraging timely responses and solutions, and supporting ongoing improvements across the business.
About you
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and internal teams.
* Tech-savvy and confident with data, able to quickly learn new systems and interpret information to support decision-making.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a calm and effective approach to resolving conflicts and navigating challenges.
* Rostering experience is beneficial, ideally gained within aged care or disability services, where understanding client needs and service delivery is key.
* Growth mindset – You embrace challenges, see feedback as an opportunity to learn, and are always looking for ways to improve and grow both personally and professionally.
