Reporting directly to the CIO, this high-impact role is responsible for identifying digital opportunities, implementing scalable AI solutions, and driving enterprise-wide transformation that enhances workflows, reduces manual effort, and improves service delivery.The Position:Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI, automation tools, and large language models.Identify and implement high-impact automation opportunities to improve efficiency.Design scalable AI solutions using commercial and custom-built tools.Drive AI strategy and cultural adoption aligned with digital transformation goals.Conduct AI readiness assessments covering data, architecture, and compliance.Facilitate workshops to define and prioritise strategic AI use cases.Translate business goals into actionable AI opportunities and roadmaps.Provide advisory support with maturity assessments and enablement planning.Own the full lifecycle of AI and automation projects from planning to delivery.Act as the key liaison between executives, users, and technical teams.Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.Ensure AI solutions meet quality, user, and business performance standards.Qualifications & Experience:Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, GANs, transformers, and real-world use cases.Practical experience with platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Zapier, Replit, ChatGPT, and ConnectWise.Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, security, and compliance in an AI context.Experienced in Agile, Scrum, or adaptive delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.A collaborative, facilitative leadership style with a focus on structure, clarity, and value delivery.Familiarity with IoT, robotics, or sensor integration is a plus.At GJK, we offer ongoing training and support to help you grow and develop your skills.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchWith over 30 years’ experience, GJK Facility Services is a leading provider of facility services, committed to provider better experiences and better outcomes to our customers and our people.Our core service offerings are cleaning, grounds, restoration, maintenance and facility support services, with experience across a diverse range of markets, including education, government, health, commercial, transport and industrial.Our people are our greatest asset.
