About the role We’re seeking a highly skilled Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to join our client on a contract/project basis. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in designing and managing remuneration frameworks and incentive programs, with a strong analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the GM P&C, your role will encompass: Design, implement, and maintain remuneration frameworks aligned with business strategy Develop and manage Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs Analyse remuneration data from external vendors to provide insights and recommendations Support executive and HR teams with remuneration decisions and contract arrangements Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and market best practices About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in Rem & Ben roles, with a strong track record in framework design and incentive programs Exceptional analytical skills and comfort working with complex remuneration data Ability to influence stakeholders and provide practical, business-focused recommendations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Why Apply?
