About The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring peak performance and reliability of our mobile equipment, boosting productivity for our customers by applying your proactive approach to machine maintenance.
* Train and coach Fire Technicians on diagnostic techniques, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
* Estimate and quote jobs for customers, assisting with paperwork coordination and service planning
* Adhere to all policies and procedures, particularly EHS guidelines
* Collaborate with technicians from other regions, providing training and support
* Perform thorough diagnostics, maintenance, and installation of fire protection systems
* Work effectively in a team environment or independently
Key Responsibilities
* Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of fire protection systems
* Maintenance and repair of fire suppression systems
* Installation of new fire protection systems
* Training and coaching of Fire Technicians
Requirements
