Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, Fairbrother is seeking an experienced Site Manager and Site Foreman to join our Launceston team in full-time, permanent roles. These positions are pivotal to ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, program, and commercial performance.

About the Roles
As a Site Manager or Site Foreman, you will play a critical role in the planning, supervision, and delivery of construction projects. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and trades, ensuring clear allocation of roles and responsibilities.
* Monitor labour utilisation, productivity, and adherence to project programs.
* Manage procurement and use of materials, plant, and equipment with a focus on cost and quantity control.
* Identify, document, and gain approval for contract variations and manage project documentation.
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
* Participate in Toolbox Talks, project meetings, and WHS consultations.
* Mentor and coach team members to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
* Ensure accurate and timely administration of project records, reports, and site inspections.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial construction management.
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and construction best practices.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (Certificate III in Carpentry/Joinery, Work Health & Safety, Chief Warden, First Aid & CPR, etc.).
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and maintain high standards under pressure.
* Competence in cost control, scheduling, and construction administration.
* Flexibility to adapt to project needs and priorities.
