Job Description
Technical Resources, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile Job Descriptions: Work with clients and consultants to gather detailed information about job vacancies. Ensure that job descriptions are comprehensive and accurately reflect the role's requirements.
* Add Jobs to Platforms: Manage the process of adding job listings to Bullhorn, Seek, and the Technical Resources website through Idibu. Ensure all job details are accurately entered and updated.
* Client and Candidate Consultation: Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Ensure that candidates are well-informed about their roles and responsibilities.
* Team Coordination: Oversee the workload and performance of coordinators. Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all job descriptions and contracts comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Manage the documentation process to demonstrate shared responsibilities with clients and candidates.
* Database Searching – shortlisting and qualifying candidates across Bullhorn, Seek and Linkedin.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, qualifications, experience and attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years Recruitment
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office systems (Word, Excel)
* Experience with Bullhorn CRM will be highly regarded
* Proven experience in candidate sourcing, preferably within the recruitment industry.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
* Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn, SEEK, Linkedin and Idibu is a plus.
