Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service experiences to employees and visitors of a designated building.
As a key member of the Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, including reception duties, meeting room arrangements, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely and quality service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coordination and support for the delivery of basic and complex reception duties.
* Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
* Support the Facilities Management team as directed, including meeting room coordination and re-sets, equipment care, and supply management.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring secure storage if required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
* Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures and safety drills.
Requirements:
* Prior customer service experience is required, with a minimum of one year of front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred.
* Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, with strong writing and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor.
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies, and applications.
* Knowledge of HSE principles and awareness of industry standards.
