School Officer - A Dynamic Role
Key Responsibilities
* Enrolment Management: Coordinate enrolments and develop marketing materials to support growth in student numbers.
* Event Management: Oversee events, including school photo day, formal assemblies, graduation and open days.
* Community Partnerships: Establish and maintain productive relationships with community groups and stakeholders to enhance the college's reputation.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative and database management support to the College Administration Team.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Demonstrated understanding of Catholic school ethos and mission.
* Marketing and administration experience or qualifications.
* Highly developed ICT skills and software literacy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in a school environment.
