About This Role
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and maintenance, reporting, and interacting with tenants. Your strong organisational skills, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and information analysis and interpretation abilities will enable you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure that properties meet required standards.
This role requires a high level of cultural competency, and you will possess an appreciation and respect for people from all walks of life. You will understand how culture shapes values, behaviours, and communication styles, and be able to build respectful relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property inspections and maintenance
* Report on property conditions and issues
* Interact with tenants and respond to their needs
* Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
* Manager-level experience
* Excellent time management, customer service, and cold calling skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Computer Literacy
* Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations and LIHTC
* Ability to budget and manage expenses
* Experience with OneSite and Property Management software
* Lead generation and customer relationship building skills

Additional Information
This is a Non-ongoing Engagement will be for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanency. All successful applicants are required to hold a valid Driver Licence and be eligible to complete a Baseline Vetting security clearance.
