The Emergency Department (ED) Clinical Pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services to the ED and Emergency Short Stay Unit (SSU).
High-quality, safe, person-centered and cost-efficient service delivery is ensured.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required, with proficient computer literacy and health information systems usage.
Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical pharmacy services in the ED and SSU;
* Ensure high-quality, safe, person-centered and cost-efficient service delivery;
* Collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team;
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality patient care;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience in clinical pharmacy;
