Margaret River Optical is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, customer focused individual, preferably with a customer service background within the retail environment to make a positive impact in our store.
We're looking for passionate and driven individuals who are:
* Confident, articulate, and team-oriented.
* Experience in sales and customer service, or willing to learn, with an ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
* Warm, bubbly, and professional in their interactions with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized advice and assistance to customers in selecting eyewear.
* General day to day tasks include unpacking and sorting deliveries, measuring spectacles, cleaning, stock entry, patient personalised measurements and pre testing, using the latest technology in equipment.
* Scheduling a variety of appointments accordingly.
* Build product knowledge to educate customers about lenses, frames, and optical solutions.
* Contribute to a polished, organized, and inviting store environment.
