This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, development, and execution of high-value, technically complex projects, typically exceeding $50 million.The Estimating Director/Associate will:Oversee and manage the estimating process, ensuring alignment with client standards, templates, and processes.Collaborate with the Cost Intelligence Manager to maintain robust methodologies, tools, and procedures for producing accurate cost estimates based on project scope, specifications, and requirements.Establish and refine processes for analysing project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labour, material, equipment, and service needs.Ensure estimating activities are planned and executed within timelines, meeting client expectations and governance standards.Provide strategic insights into cost estimates to support informed decision-making and effective project delivery.About the ProjectsOur client undertakes major capital delivery projects that demand exceptional technical and stakeholder management skills.
