Job Brief:
* The role involves providing administrative support to Development and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of office tasks and projects.
* Develop and maintain effective administrative systems, ensuring seamless operation of office activities.
* Support staff members with administrative inquiries and provide solutions to office-related issues.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to established protocols.
Requirements:
* 12 months minimum experience in administration, preferably in a related field.
* Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent qualification.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
