About the Role
Randstad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee customer service and administrative operations in a Canberra-based Logistics company. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the business, supporting team members, and driving overall company success.
1. Take ownership of all office administration tasks, including correspondence, filing, inventory management, and office equipment maintenance.
2. Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the broader team.
3. Act as the primary liaison with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
4. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
5. Identify and execute process improvements to optimize work flows.

8. Manage payroll processing for sub-contractors and employees.
