Your role:
Are you mechanically minded and enjoy hands-on work? We're looking for a Junior Spray Service Technician to join our friendly Spray Service Network. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with machines and solving technical problems — whether or not you have prior experience in spray equipment.
In this role, you'll assist in servicing and repairing spray equipment, support our internal teams with advice on parts and tools, and develop your technical skills through training and on-the-job experience. No spray painting or trade experience is required — just a good attitude and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn how to service, maintain, and repair airless spray equipment
* Assist with diagnosing basic mechanical issues
* Support internal teams and customers with technical advice (training provided)
* Contribute to a strong safety culture and help maintain a safe work environment
* Deliver excellent customer service and develop lasting relationships

Skills & Experience
* A mechanical mindset — you enjoy fixing and working with machinery
* Hands-on experience (formal or informal) with tools, engines, or equipment
* Good communication skills and a willingness to help others
* A reliable, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
