As a skilled security professional, we seek a highly motivated Control Room Operator to join our team of professionals. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the delivery of security and safety at assigned sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of security incidents, monitoring surveillance footage, and coordinating a seamless security presence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Monitoring and operating CCTV systems
 * Communicating with emergency services and internal/external stakeholders
 * Maintaining and writing accurate security incident reports and data logs
 * Critically assessing and responding to situations of risk
 * Operating a two-way radio communication network for security personnel
Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will require strong administrative skills, computer competency, excellent email etiquette, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Furthermore, a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement, First Aid and CPR Certification, valid Driver's license with transport, and ability to work collaboratively or independently are necessary.
