* Lead reviews that help improve Victoria's justice system. * Investigate serious incidents and shape meaningful change. * Work on complex matters that influence public safety. * Guide skilled teams through important and sensitive work. * Fixed term - full time role for 3 years, earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super. What you will do As manager, reviews, you will lead reviews into deaths and critical incidents across correctional and youth justice settings. You will provide trusted advice and produce reports that help improve services and reduce future risks. You will: * lead complex reviews into deaths and critical incidents. * prepare high-quality reports and recommendations that support system improvement. * provide authoritative advice and briefings on emerging risks and sensitive matters. * monitor the implementation of recommendations and report on progress. * support capable teams while promoting wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement. About you There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. A recognised and relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. You should also have: * exceptional writing skills and experience preparing analytical reports and briefings. * strong knowledge of review, evaluation or criminal justice environments. * the ability to adapt and make sound decisions in changing situations. * a collaborative and inclusive approach to leading people and building relationships.
