About The Client

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 190 properties. Youll be supported by a property management assistant, VA, and trust accountant, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
* Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and provide market advice
* Conduct routine, entry, and final inspections
* Handle tenant sign-ups, maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims
* Manage bonds, arrears, and tribunal preparation
* Achieve and exceed performance KPIs
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
Skills And Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years Property Management experience
* Current WA Property Manager Registration (mandatory)
* Reliable car and current drivers licence
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Experience with Property Tree or Inspect Real Estate (advantageous)
