My client is a fast-growing provider of online training at Certificate II–Diploma level, passionate about making education affordable and accessible for all Australians.
We're seeking a hands-on People & Culture Manager to lead our HR function and help shape a positive, high-performance culture. Reporting to the CEO and leading a HR Coordinator, you'll drive workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, and continuous improvement across HR systems and practices.

Based full time in their Brisbane office you will work across a portfolio of brands in a values-based organisation with approximately 50 employees.
This role will include all aspects of:
* Strategic HR leadership- this role requires you to partner with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning, talent planning and succession planning
* Development and improvement of HR Policy, Compliance and Continuous Improvement ensuring compliance, and best practice are met
* All aspects of workforce planning and development
* Hands on collaboration with the team to continuously improve the HR function
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all roles, whilst building a strong brand recognition
* Build all aspects of Employee relations and engagement
* Manage all aspects of HR Operations and leadership.
What do we need?
* Minimum 5 years' of HR management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, and policy development.
* Strong hands-on operational HR skills, including recruitment and employee relations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
* Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
* Experience in education, training, or professional services sectors will be highly regarded.
This role will suit an experienced People Business Partner (Advisor) with at least 5 years of experience, looking for the next step in their Human Resources career. You will be adaptable, versatile and can work independently as required.
