Our client - a leading IT consultancy - requires an experienced Peoplesoft HR specialist to join their practice on a permanent basis in Adelaide.
$120 - $150K + Super, dependant on experience.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Work closely with business owners to clarify project scope and specifications, including providing and evaluating alternative options where appropriate.
- Flexible and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to handle Team and multiple tasks
- Experience with full software lifecycle (requirements, analysis, design, construction and testing) in Agile/Scrum environment
- Independently translate business requirements analysis into technical design specifications and development.
- PeopleSoft HRMS Required, version 9.2 desired
- Good understanding of how data flows in different PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, )
- Aptitude for research, analysis and resolution of problems
- Work in a highly collaborative team environment with an always-evolving mixture of active teamwork and quiet-time passionate about project advancement and self-learning.
- Co-ordination with software development team, project implementation, technical support and deployment.
- Provides technical advice and assistance to management and technical staff in matters relating to PeopleSoft benefits administration and Core HR programming activities.
- Experience in Coordinating PeopleSoft Server components like PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, Report Repository Servers, Tuxedo, Web logic Servers, PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Integration Broker, SQL Server.
