About The Role
You will partner with hiring managers in your portfolio to offer recommendations on sourcing strategies and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves the facilitation of group interviews. However, if you are more inclined towards administrative activities, we can accommodate this or provide training and support to help you advance in your career.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking detailed recruitment briefs with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on a recruitment campaign.
* Utilising candidate sourcing methods such as proactive search, redeployment, pipelines, internal and external job board advertising to fill positions.
* Conducting application screening process and shortlisting of suitable candidates.
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
* Conducting appropriate background and pre-employment checks including right to work checks, police checks, and medicals.
* Facilitating the formal offer, issuing of contracts, and initiating onboarding activities.
* Building talent pipelines for the location/s and role/s in your portfolio.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including recruitment agency partners.
* Supporting ongoing development of the talent acquisition strategy and brand awareness of Service Stream.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes within a high-volume workforce environment.
* Ability to work in an agile environment, where you can pivot and prioritise tasks.
* Proven communication and engagement skills with stakeholders of varying levels, and the desire to build strong relationships.
* Experience sourcing candidates with SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter (and other similar tools) would be highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
