* To develop and execute mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies to meet forecasted workforce needs.
* To support the creation and maintenance of talent communities to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
* To collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
* To identify top, active talent in the market and collaborate with the Recruitment Operations team and Heads of Capability to fulfill immediate resource demands.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will also include:
1. Developing and executing mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies to meet forecasted workforce needs.
2. SUPPORTING THE CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TALENT COMMUNITIES TO ENSURE A STEADY PIPELINE OF CANDIDATES.
3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
4. Identifying top, active talent in the market and collaborating with the Recruitment Operations team and Heads of Capability to fulfill immediate resource demands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience within a recruitment function.
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
* Experience in a similar role with specific experience in leading recruitment partnering solutions within a complex program.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
