The role
Leading European owned company that supplies workshop equipment, installation, and service to the automotive industry are seeking a Sales Rep/Relationship Manager to join their growing team.
This role is varied and will require you to focus on new business and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Communication with customers about service needs and convert queries to sales
- Manage client accounts, follow up quotes
- Follow up on installations
- Completing quotations, proposals, service contracts and reports
- Adhoc Duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Sales/Account Manager role
- Valuable communication skills and phone manners
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
