Acrux Search is partnering with our client to appoint a highly capable Office Manager who will take ownership of office operations and act as a key support to senior leadership, exploration teams, and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of office operations including facilities, supplies, reception, and vendor relationships
* Coordinating HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and compliance
* Acting as first-line IT support and liaising with external IT service providers
* Providing executive support including calendar management, travel, meetings, and document preparation
* Maintaining corporate registers, document control, compliance records, and supporting governance processes
* Supervising administrative staff, allocating workloads, and supporting training and development
* Supporting exploration and other divisions with permits, training registers, and administrative coordination
* Coordinating meetings, office logistics, and general administration tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrator
* Strong HR administration experience, including onboarding and offboarding
* Basic IT knowledge and experience working with external IT providers
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience within mining or exploration environments is advantageous but not essential
* High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
