The successful applicant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote protected, rational and cost-effective drug therapy, provide and coordinate clinical pharmacy services, and contribute to patient safety and quality of care.Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth.
