Senior Change & Communications Analyst – State Government I 6 months contract
$650 per day plus superannuation (PAYG)

Are you a skilled Change and Communications professional looking to make an impact in the public sector? We're partnering with a major government organisation seeking a Senior Change & Communications Analyst to support the adoption of a newly implemented system.
This is not a strategic role, it's a hands‑on, people‑focused position ideal for someone who excels in stakeholder engagement, structured processes, and high‑quality written communication.
About the Role
You'll work closely with end users who now have access to a new system. Your role is to help them understand the benefits, guide them through the adoption journey, and ensure they receive the right training and support.
Key responsibilities include:
Change Engagement:
Speak directly with staff about their system usage needs
Schedule and coordinate pre‑set change and training plans
Follow established change processes and approval pathways (no shortcuts)
Communications Leadership:
Develop clear, user‑friendly written communications
Produce guides, FAQs, instructional content, and updates
Maintain consistent and on‑brand messaging across stakeholder groups
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate across internal teams
Provide guidance on adoption and training requirements
Influence without pushing — support users throughout their journey

Public sector experience (essential)
Strong background in change management and communications
Exceptional written communication skills
Comfort working within a structured approval framework
Ability to build rapport and guide users through transitions
A proactive, people‑focused approach
Ability to pass a Working With Children Check
Availability to work on‑site 3 days per week
