About the Role
We're currently recruiting Behaviour Therapists to join our early intervention centre-based team, supporting young children through fun and engaging ABA programs. You'll work in a vibrant, collaborative environment, helping children develop communication, play, and daily living skills.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for candidates who:
* Use a fun and friendly approach to build positive relationships with children
* Have a flexible, creative approach to learning and play
* Can stay calm and compassionate during challenging behaviours
* Are responsive to feedback and eager to learn
* Are organised with a strong sense of professionalism
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Are committed to child safety and family-centred practice
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and Police Check
* Have a driver's licence and access to reliable transport (highly desirable)
* Experience working with children (especially early childhood or school-aged) is highly regarded but not essential — we will support your growth.
