This Territory Manager role plays a pivotal part in driving business expansion and guaranteeing customer satisfaction within your designated territory.
* Implement sales strategies, establish robust relationships with customers, and meet ambitious growth targets as the organization's on-the-ground representative.
* Prioritize daily efforts to optimize growth performance and drive value for customers.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and regional sales teams, you'll share field insights to ensure the technology meets the needs of agricultural professionals.
Contribute to supporting the mission to enhance productivity and sustainability across habitable landmasses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
* Managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
* Customer account management: Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, providing support, and addressing challenges.
* Territory ownership: A high level of ownership in your territory, working with regional agricultural groups to foster deep relationships across the beef industry.
* Field learnings and feedback: Serving as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback in your territory, working closely with Support, Product, and R&D teams to share insights that drive product improvements and innovations.
