In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and embedding the Commercial Excellence function at the local market unit level, working closely with the APAC Commercial Excellence team and cross-functional stakeholders across various Business Units. You will drive Go-to-Market model optimisation, ensuring effective design and execution to capitalise on key business opportunities and enhance organisational efficiency. Key responsibilities include the implementation of Salesforce Effectiveness fundamentals, including customer segmentation, KPI alignment, coaching frameworks, and performance tracking. You will also oversee the utilisation and enhancement of CRM tools, leverage data analytics to support strategic decision making, and lead the development and execution of incentive plans aligned with commercial priorities. Beyond operational leadership, you will contribute to the optimisation of the tender management process, support market research and competitor analysis, and foster collaborative communication across departments. Strong project management skills are essential to lead cross functional initiatives aimed at driving commercial performance and ensuring administrative and regulatory compliance.
