**What's the role?**

Medium Rare, Australia's leading content marketing agency, has a vacancy for a Partnerships Executive to co-manage the Qantas Loyalty account. The new role will be responsible for the client and commercial management of Qantas Holidays, Qantas Rewards Store, Qantas Platinum One Events and Qantas Wine.

The Qantas Loyalty Partnerships Executive supports the Qantas Partnerships Manager to understand client objectives and business challenges and respond to their needs, driving new long-term partnerships and increasing existing commercial partner relationships. The role develops and coordinates strategic content and creative campaigns in _Qantas_ magazine, Travel Insider and Qantas social channels, working closely with editorial, design and video teams to deliver campaigns to budget and exceeding KPIs.

**Who you are**
- ** Very proficient with client relations; **experience gained over at least two years dealing directly with clients at any level, including attending and participating in meetings and presentations, taking and dissecting client briefs to ensure they are comprehensive, managing client feedback and coordinating the day-to-day running of various accounts to ensure all campaigns/projects are managed and delivered on time, to budget and at the highest quality.
- ** Excellent time-management skills**; being able to prioritise, create critical paths and processes for projects with many stakeholders, meet deadlines and ensure all clients are receiving the very best service.
- ** Somewhat proficient with developing commercial strategies and supporting proposals;** an emerging ability to draw on a range of data sources to come to conclusions and present them in written form (e.g. campaign pitches and post-campaign reports) and at meeting presentations.
- ** Some understanding of content and digital marketing best practice;** an emerging understanding of what makes best-performing content and digital marketing along with an awareness of places to go for best-practice inspiration or education.
- ** Ability to develop proactive and innovative content concepts for multiple suppliers or partners;** experience working with marketing and sales functions will be highly regarded in knowing how to drive revenue from third-party brands and suppliers that contribute to subsidiary marketing funding
- ** Related hands-on experience; **you should have 2-3 years' practical experience in account service, project management, marketing or production with a content publisher, loyalty program or agency.
