Wholesale & Customer Service Manager
Our client is a premium fashion retailer, known for its elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale & Customer Service Manager to lead our wholesale growth and customer experience strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving wholesale sales performance, strengthening key retail partnerships, and leading a high-performing Customer Service team to deliver excellence across all customer touchpoints.
The role is full time and based in their office in Brunswick. Limited staff parking available, but close to public transport and hybrid working arrangements available.
About the Role:
* Manage wholesale sales across Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring annual sales targets are achieved.
* Oversee and manage wholesale agents in NSW, QLD, SA/NT .
* Develop and implement marketing and communication initiatives aligned with global brand guidelines.
* Identify and drive opportunities for wholesale market growth.
* Undertake seasonal intra and interstate travel as required.
* Manage and update the B2B website.
* Process manual wholesale sales orders.
* Coordinate samples, price lists, and catalogues for agents.
* Manage and lead a small customer service team.
* Ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
* Oversee complaint resolution in line with company guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Acts, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
