Remuneration: $33.77 - $36.70 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

* Work collaboratively within the Emergency Department team to deliver safe, person-centred care under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in partnership with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.

* Demonstrate recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical environment relevant to Emergency care.
* Deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population.
* Work within your scope of practice, using sound judgement and seeking guidance from a Registered Nurse when required.
* Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to support positive patient outcomes.
* Communicate professionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment, including supporting others, sharing knowledge and appropriately escalating concerns.
