This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Pharmacy Manager seeking a role with greater autonomy, lifestyle balance, and long-term career potential, including a pathway toward future partnership. As Pharmacist Manager, you will:
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy and dispensary
* Lead, support, and mentor a small, close-knit team
* Deliver professional services and maintain high clinical standards
* Build strong relationships within the local community
You'll operate in a manageable, low-volume pharmacy that allows you to focus on leadership, patient care, and business performance without unnecessary pressure.
Key Details
* Roster: Tuesday-Saturday
* Shop Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm | Sat 9:00am-12:00pm
* Staffing: Sole Pharmacist with 2 Pharmacy Assistants
Skills & Experience Required
* General AHPRA registration
* Vaccination accreditation preferred
* Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacy Manager.
* Strong leadership, clinical judgement, and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of community pharmacy operations and compliance
