Goulburn Workers Club is seeking a highly motivated, experienced industry professional for the position of Full Time Duty Manager. The club is a progressive hospitality business located approximately one hour from Canberra.
Key skills and responsibilities
* Maintaining and improving service standards
* Providing members and guests with quality customer service
* Supervising, developing and supporting a team of staff
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of club operations at all times
* Hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Duty Manager is responsible for directing staff across all areas of the club.
The successful applicant will have exceptional personal presentation and customer service skills. Applicants should have at least 3 years previous experience in hospitality and will be required to work as needed during peak trading periods, on weekends and nights.
Previous experience must be specifically within a club or gaming venue environment.
