About the Role
We are seeking a Banking Consultant to provide customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals. This role involves completing customer transactions, conducting in-depth needs-based conversations, and educating customers on available financial solutions, including digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy for ANZ
* Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver a high standard of customer experience
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy by creating real customer value
* Participate in bank programs and initiatives to drive business growth
* Maintain knowledge of customers from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer focus and retail experience
* Working knowledge of technology and ability to use different digital channels
* Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
* Sound understanding of compliance and excellent communication skills
