Konekt Workcare helps Australians into work, back to work, and be well at work to maximise workforce participation. We’re looking for self-starting graduates to join our two-year Graduate Program at our Mayfield office. You will be joining a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants in our mission to help Australians be protected and well at work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, or work-debilitating illness.
- Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living.
- Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A; testing).
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Physiotherapy.
- Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation, upon graduating.
- Have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025.
- Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential).
- Obtain a current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check.
- Hold a full driver’s license (own vehicle not necessary).
