Position Summary :
A Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the organization's most important clients, known as key accounts. This role involves strategic planning, sales expertise, relationship management, and coordination with other departments to ensure successful product or service delivery. Additionally, you will seek out and develop new business and accounts for the company. Your daily activities include servicing current customers and projects, as well as developing new clients alongside our Business Development Manager. You must understand your marketplace thoroughly and maintain visibility with potential clients who do not yet do business with us. Strong interpersonal sales skills are essential to pitch our offerings and differentiate our products or services from competitors.
You should possess excellent analytical skills to identify trends and find ways to enhance sales performance beyond current revenue streams.

* Experience and knowledge in solution selling & Account Management
* Experience in building relationships with potential clients via cold calls, networking, and other methods
* Ability to up-sell and cross-sell to new and existing clients

Job Responsibilities :
* Account Management:
o Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
o Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to offer effective solutions.
o Act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs.
o Monitor account performance, ensuring satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities.
* Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster growth and meet sales targets.
o Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
o Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to align client objectives with company offerings.
o Provide insights and recommendations for clients' business growth.
* Manage and expand revenue streams through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to satisfy both client and company needs.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
* Track sales KPIs, revenue forecasts, and activity metrics.
Client Satisfaction & Retention:
* Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Address potential problems proactively to reduce churn.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, performance, and explore new opportunities.
Collaboration & Internal Communication:
* Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Work with customer service to resolve client issues and improve service quality.
* Share client feedback internally to drive product and service enhancements.
