About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IT professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality level 1 and 2 support to staff and residents across our network, ensuring our technology systems run smoothly, securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive IT support across the organisation.
* Escalate incidents where required and liaise with third-party vendors.
* Administer and support Desktop, Linux, and Windows environments.
* Maintain knowledge base documentation and support resources.
* Manage procurement and equipment logistics.
* Contribute to IT initiatives and organisational projects.
* Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds agreed SLAs.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* ITIL Foundation Certification (advanced levels highly regarded).
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Fundamentals.
* Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a helpdesk or similar IT support role.
* Demonstrated ability to install, configure, and support a wide range of IT systems.
* Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
