About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Property & Landlord Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to grow our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
* Proactively service clients and understand the landlord insurance landscape to deliver exceptional service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
* Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
* Oversee the policy renewal process to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
* Tier 1 qualification
* Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients
* Prior experience managing a small team
* Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs
* Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
