About the role: 
Reporting to the (Operationally) Manager-Virtual Rehabilitation Ward (Professionally) Administration Manager RAP, some of your duties for the role will include: 
- Ordering of consumables via Oracle and contribute to the management of Accounts Payable using Basware
- Working collaboratively and flexibly within both the admin team and broader Rehab, Aged and Palliative Care team
- Admit and discharge patients in the Hospital Electronic Patient system and complete necessary paperwork in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Arranging, radiology, pathology, and other investigative appointments at the most appropriate site following requests from specialists and arrange referral of results to specialists
- Providing a customer oriented administrative service ensuring accuracy of data, monitoring and reviewing procedures
About you:
- Ability to undertake (or capacity to learn) the Hospital Electronic Patient system
- Proven experience in providing an administrative service to a defined service area, preferably in health
- Ability to liaise and relate well with empathy to a variety of people, including elderly and disabled clients and to handle enquiries from a range of staff, patients and visitors
- Experience in problem solving, diffusing conflict and adapting to change
